Standard Rates:
Full Facility (Saturday) - $450 + $100 security deposit**
- Includes usage of the kitchen and access to the Center from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight

Full Facility (Sunday through Friday) - $350 + $100 security deposit**
- Includes usage of the kitchen and access to the Center from 7:00 a.m.to Midnight.

Partial Day Facility Use Which Includes Kitchen: $80per hour + $100 security deposit**
Partial Day Facility Use With No Kitchen: $50 per hour + $100 security deposit**
Meeting Rooms (Conference Room and Activity Room) - $25 per hour + $50 security deposit**
**Security Deposit: $100 for full hall or $50 for small meeting rooms
**A $100 (main hall) or $50 (meeting room) security deposit is due upon reservation of facility. This is not included in the above rental rates and maybe refundable if facility is left clean and undamaged.
A cancellation fee will be the determination of the Rand Board of Directors.
Non-Profit and Religious organizations are entitled to a 25% discount.
Other information to consider:
Occupancy: 300 people according to Fire Marshal's Certification
Alcohol is permitted by using the Rand Community Center's set guidelines provided in the contract. Onsite security guard (must be certified as an officer of the law) is needed when alcohol is present or served. Lessee provides their own security guard at their own cost.
Use of tobacco is prohibited inside the building.
Rand Community Center will not be held responsible for loss of damage of personal property.
